10 Point Strategic Plan to Stop Crime Dead in its Tracks
1. Institute designated crime reduction zones (Saginaw, Genesee, Wayne, Oakland Counties), Establish
drug free/ Gang free school zones.
2. Sponsor
legislation that will create a new state wide curfew for minors with tough new punishments for parents of unruly children
and the unruly children themselves in crime reduction zones. Remove children from homes of habitual offending parents/ children.
3. Fund new detention facilities for juvenile offenders in crime reduction zones, i.e. boot camps and other discipline based programs.
4. Expand
county jails in crime reduction zones.
5. Split cities and or townships in crime reduction zones into smaller easier to manage areas in
efforts to remove cities from most violent cities in the United States per capita listings if results are not made within
adequate timeframe. Creating two independant municipalities with its own standing government.
6. Fund new crime
fighting equipment such as helicopters and k9 units in crime reduction areas, sobriety checkpoints.
7. Stiffen penalties
for any person caught with illegal drugs and possession of firearms without proper permits, or involvement in gang activities
in school zones.
8. Fund youth job programs in crime reduction areas aimed at taking kids off the streets and giving
a positive way of earning money to eliminate the need for crime.
9. Sponsor
crime reduction meetings in schools, neighborhood meetings, and civic organizations.

Close all parks at sunset in crime reduction zones.
